I was born on September 16, 1986 in Ivory Coast, Africa, and grew up in Lebanon. At age 10, my family moved to the United States.

I am a married mother with three children who works a full-time job as a Technical Support Specialist. Forensic Science Investigation was my initial major of my undergraduate study; however, I was unable to complete my education in this profession due to personal circumstances. Even though I had intended to major in computer science, instead I could only see myself in the world of cooking, and this is the beginning of my journey.

I’ve had a passion for cooking since I was a child. I used to stand by my father’s side while he made dinner, admiring his skill in the kitchen. My father was the Master Chef at the Harris Casino in the United States.

And since I like the art of cooking, I absorbed and perfected it.

I used to believe that I would be permitted to enter the kitchen after I reached the age of 18, but that have changed when my siblings and I had to move to United State away from my mother. After that, I had to learn to depend on myself. I walked into the kitchen and made my first dish, strawberry jam cookies, and I felt certain that if I could make this meal, I could make any dish.

I came to believe that cooking is way more than just a skill or hobby, but a lifelong ambition. Cooking is more than just ingredients that may be followed and done; it is the soul and spirit inside each individual that creates the richest and most delicious dishes.

I am so excited to share with you my experience of cooking both eastern and western recipes using my own unique touch in the easiest and fastest way possible. Which you may apply from the comfort of your own home.
